By purchasing or using documents from PeriodicTenancy you agree to these terms.
What we provide
PeriodicTenancy provides document templates and general information for landlords in England. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created. Documents are prepared with care against current legislation and official guidance and are reviewed regularly, but the law changes and every tenancy is different. You are responsible for ensuring a document is suitable for your circumstances, and for taking legal advice where you are unsure.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the generated documents for your own tenancies. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the templates.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price paid for the documents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Refunds
Because the pack is a personalised digital product delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery has begun with your acknowledgement. If something is wrong with your documents, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
